At World Wide Stereo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio and video gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 60 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
